Student E-mail Services

The Computer Center offers Google Cloud Service Space to all students. The student’s account format is “the student ID number @gms.tcu.edu.tw.” Students may use this mailbox after graduation.

The new EMAIL is automatically created by the student’s ID number at the time of enrollment. The password for the initial login is placed on the “Freshmen General Information List” website “https://sap.tcu.edu.tw/freshman/login.asp”. You can go through this website to enter the Tzu Chi University Google apps service portal at “http://gms.tcu.edu.tw/”.

Password resetting must be done by the account holder, in person, with the student’s identification at either the Computer Center (Main Campus) or the Joint Administrative Office (Jieren Campus), with the staff’s assistance. To ensure protection of individual privacy, the request to reset a password will not be accepted via phone, email or in any other format where personal identity cannot be verified.

Google currently offers free use of this cloud service. Space functions and restrictions are subject to the company’s policy.
