Students’ GMS Accounts

Students who have forgotten their passwords must personally bring their student IDs to the Computer Center (Room B204, Main Campus), or the Joint Administrative Office (Jieren Campus) to renew their passwords. To protect privacy, the Computer Center will not accept telephone or email requests for password renewal, since the Center cannot verify the individual’s identity.
Alumni Email Account

After graduation, students may continue to use their school GMS accounts; however, their accounts will be classified as alumni accounts.

Should alumni forget their GMS account passwords, they may refer to the alumni website for more information.
